Cacao Ceremony

Step into a soft, candlelit space where science meets ritual—and your body gets to lead.

This Cacao Ceremony is a 2.5-hour, heart-opening experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more open-hearted, light, and a little bit magical. Whether you’re completely new to cacao or you’ve sat in ceremony before, you’ll be gently guided through a grounded, luxurious journey that blends somatic practice, breathwork, ritual and nervous-system support.

What to expect

Each ceremony is intuitively guided and may include:

• A welcoming arrival and settling into the space
• Ceremonial cacao served with intention
• Guided intention setting
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
• Somatic movement (gentle, accessible, and optional)
• Meditation and inner listening
• Journaling prompts for integration
• A sharing circle (always invitational—share as much or as little as you like)

You’ll spend parts of the ceremony seated, with moments of gentle movement.

Who it’s for

• Beginners and experienced ceremony-goers
• Anyone craving a deeper connection to self, body, and heart

Group size is intentionally small to keep the space intimate and supported.
